Common Cycling Injuries

Many cyclists, amateur or professional, will sustain injuries. Some of these injuries may not be there fault whilst others may be due to fatigue, improper training or even not wearing the proper gear. Whilst there are hundreds of different cycling injuries that occur each year, some of the most common include pulled muscles, runner’s knees and concussion.
